Following is the recipe for simple cabbage soup so that you can make your version of soup. Ingredients are Onion, Cabbages, Bay leaves, Salt. Cut the onion and grade the cabbages. Now put pinch of butter into pan and put onion and sauté it now put bay leaves and salt now put graded cabbage and put lots of water boil it for an 20 mins or until it is cooked . It is ready to eat. You can add all types of vegetables. To make chicken soup use chicken stalk instead of water to make soup and add boiled chicken pieces.
To follow seven day quick weight loss program each day must be carefully planned. Follow should be the diet day wise. Drink, eat as much soup as possible and as many times as possible. Drink as much water as possible and avoid drinks like teas including herbal teas, coffee, soft & hard drinks. Now follow each day as given below.
Day one: you must eat all fruits along with soup.
Day two: vegetables, try to eat raw if possible, baked patio can be eaten avoid butter.
